Terms and Conditions of the "FWT Exclusive Experience" Raffle

• These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the “FWT Exclusive Experience” Online Raffle ("Raffle") organized by Mammut Sports AG ("Organizer"). By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

• The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older,
• Participants must hold an active Mammut Access account.
• Employees of Mammut Sports AG, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
• Participants must provide their date of birth and select preferred activities in their account settings to be eligible for a prize.

The Raffle begins on 2nd February 2026 and ends on 20th February 2026 ("Raffle Period"). Entries received after the Raffle Period will not be considered.

• Participants must log in to their account and submit their entry via the designated banner on the account dashboard.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

• The following prizes are available:

o 1st winner - FWT Full Package Experience for 2
o 2nd winner – Ride & safety course at Verbier FWT Stop
o 3rd winner - Ride & safety course at Verbier FWT Stop
o 4th winner - Ride & safety course at Verbier FWT Stop
o 5th winner - Ride & safety course at Verbier FWT Stop

• Prizes include:
o FWT Full Package Experience for 2:
o 1 night stay for 2 at a hotel in Verbier
o Ski lift for 1 day
o Ride & safety course with Le Guides de Verbier. Exclusive for Mammut Members (group of 6 persons) for both (the winner and the partner)
o Participants must bring their own equipment for the ride and safety course or may borrow equipment at the Mammut booth for testing purposes.
o 2 Nirvana 22L FWT special edition Backpack
* Transport and food should be covered by the participant

o The Ride & Safety prize includes:
o Ride & safety course for 1 person
o Bring your own equipment for the ride & safety or pick it up at Mammut Booth to test it
o 1 Nirvana 22L FWT special edition Backpack
* Ski lift, transport to Verbier Ski Resort and food & beverage should be covered by the participant.

5.1 What are the specific conditions associated with the prize?
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

• The first 5 winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period via Commentpicker.com tool.
• The draw will take place between 21 February and 23 February 2026. The winners will be notified via consumerservice@mammut.com e-mail address within 3 days of the draw.
• If the winners do not reach out within 3 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
• The winners need to send an e-mail confirming that they accept the prize to consumerservice@mammut.com

• By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Raffle and sending tailor maid advertising materials, in accordance with the Privacy Notice .
• The Organizer will process participants' personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws
• Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice. 
• The winners` name and contact details won’t be shared with third parties.

• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, hardware or software failures, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or other events outside of our reasonable control that may affect the Raffle's operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Raffle or acceptance of a prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior. 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Raffle or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control or if required by applicable laws. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lenzburg.
