Mammut’s estimated delivery time and shipping fee vary per country. Your products will be delivered through high-quality courier services.
...can be ordered either directly here in our online shop or from one of our retailers or a Mammut Store. To purchase a product online, click on “Add to basket” to place it in your shopping basket. Clicking on “Go to checkout” then takes you to a page where you can enter your delivery and billing address and select your payment method. If you have any questions about the order process, please feel free to give us a call.
You can place orders in the online shop without creating a customer account. To do this, do not select the “Create customer account” option in the “New to Mammut” area on the checkout screen. Your order will then be processed as a guest account.
To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we immediately send it to our logistics service for processing. This means that it can no longer be cancelled. However, you do have the option of refusing to accept delivery of the parcel or returning the goods free of charge.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add any products to an order once it has been sent. If the order has not yet been processed in logistics, it is still possible to cancel individual products or the entire order. In this case, please contact us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, overlaps may occur between different warehouse movements which could result in incorrect information being displayed in the online shop. If an item is no longer available, it will be cancelled from the order - cancelled items will not be invoiced.
If you receive the wrong item or an item that you did not order, you can return the product to us using the usual procedure (please state the reason on the returns form) and simply order the correct product again.
Shipping and tracking
The estimated delivery time and shipping fee vary per country.
You'll receive a tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email you receive when your package ships from our warehouse. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped out the next business day. To check the status of your order, use our Order Tracker.
Please note that due to the current global health situation, there may be a delay in shipping your items out to you. This is a result of an increase in orders at a time when we have put additional processes in place. These extra measures are important to keep our teams safe, but they can also add to the time it takes to ship some items. Please rest assured the team is doing all they can to get your order out to you as soon as possible, but even with their best efforts there will likely be a delay. As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Ground shipping is free of charge from a purchase value of $50 or more. A delivery charge of $9.99 will be applied to orders below this purchase value for ground shipping.
The following shipping methods are additionally available:
2-day-shipping - $25.00 - delivery within 2 business days after dispatch
1-day-shipping - $35.00 - delivery within 1 business day after dispatch
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number as soon as we have transferred the order to our logistics partner.
In the online shop for the United States of America, deliveries can be made only within the United States of America.
To redeem a voucher, enter the voucher code in the field indicated in the fourth step of the order process. To confirm your entry, click on “Apply” to the right of the input field. If you typed the code correctly and the voucher is valid, the amount will immediately be deducted from the order value.
Unfortunately, retrospective application of a voucher or promotion is not possible.
