"It needs improvement. The strap is limited in making bigger or smaller. It shpuld not be prematurely fixed to the bag. No way to to make larger or smaller by changing out the strap."

"I've added some photos as I dont think the website ones do it justice. You have a small, side opening zip pocket on the front with a key attatchemtn inside. The rear side has a zip pocket which is slightly too tight for a phone (although it can fit). The main pocket is large enough for a wallet (or card sleeve) and keys. There is also an additional pocket which is fleece lined where I put my phone (I used my case as size reference and I have a S21 base model. I would assume larger + or ultra models would fit and equivalent IPhone models). Last photo gives you the size reference for this bag with a credit card on the left and phone case on the right. I love this bag as its very well made much like all Mammut products, I use this for everyday use for essentials. Only minor gripe is the strap which is quite stiff and could do with a small padded shoulder cushion fitted to it but I would definitely recommend none the less."
