"While glassing for late season bull elk in Colorado this hooded jacket fended off the frigidity with ease. It’s very light weight and even though the jacket isn’t designed for hunting, it is amazingly quiet compared to other down jackets, the KUIU Super Down Jacket comes to mind. With its lightweight construction and Dry Loft down it is a great jacket for cold weather trips as it packs down very small and lofts up quickly to keep one warm during the breaks."
