"I bought this jacket in February. I love the fit. I love almost everything about it. BUT, on a quick rainy dog walk I found that water started to trickle inside the jacket at the neckline, which meant that the wet collar began to rub on my face and chin and my layers underneath were soaked. I've been trying to have faith that maybe my hood was pulled up in a silly position or something but no. I am yet to start the return process."
