Terms & Conditions of 2026 Cirque Series Giveaway

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 2026 Cirque Series Giveaway ("Raffle") organized by Mammut Sports AG ("Organizer") . By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, residents in the United States of America and Canada.

  • Participants must hold an active Mammut Access account

  • Employees of Mammut Sports AG and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

  • Participants must provide their date of birth and select preferred activities in their account settings to be eligible for a prize.

The Raffle begins at 12:01am Mountain Time on June 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm Mountain Time on June 12, 2026 ("Raffle Period"). Entries received after the Raffle Period will not be considered.

  • Participants must log in to their account and submit their entry via the designated banner on the account dashboard.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Five (5) prize kits are available to be won.

Each prize kit includes one (1) “Cirque Series” race kit (trail running outfit) with an approximate total retail value of CHF 200, and one (1) entry to a Cirque Series event. Winners may select their preferred upcoming Cirque Series event, subject to availability. The race outfit will be arranged via email prior to the event and will be available for collection on-site. Each race kit includes the following products (subject to availability and gender preference):

  • Aenergy TR Shorts

  • Ducan FL Half Zip T-Shirt

  • Ducan FL T-Shirt

  • Massone Bra Top

  • Massone Short Tights

  • Aenergy Light Cap

The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period via Commentpicker.com tool.

The drawings will take place on: June 15, 2026

The winners will be notified via e-mail within 3 days of the draw. The winners need to answer the same email address confirming that they accept the prize.

If the winners do not reach out within 3 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

  • By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Raffle and sending general and advertising tailored to their needs for products, tours, promotions, events and news via email, in accordance with the Privacy Notice ↗.  Consent can be revoked at any time.

  • The Organizer will process participants' personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice ↗ .

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, hardware or software failures, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or other events outside of our reasonable control that may affect the Raffle's operation.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Raffle or acceptance of a prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior. 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Raffle or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control or if required by applicable laws. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lenzburg.
