What you love most about climbing

Being out there, high above the ground, feeling the air underneath you and feeling free, switching off my mind and finding flow up the route, feeling the connection with nature and its history, the creativity of climbing, and the hard training. Also, the travelling and the way that dinner tastes after a long day of climbing.

Enjoying family time with my wife Iva and our son Hugo and reading a book.

Something you’re often asked – and the answer

How did you start climbing? I was watching my parents climbing and wanted to be like them.
