Nice shoes but can’t use birthday discount
"So firstly the shoes are nice. However could not get my birthday discount to work. On emailing I was sent a long list of what is not included. The outlet made sense but the rest seems petty.
Now I’ve bought a lot of Mammut and I like the brand but the brand is everything a company does . Not giving me a £28 discount when I’ve spent thousands with you really does feel like a huge mistake for the brand . What impact would this really have on your profitability . Especially if people like me now choose to spend their money elsewhere."
