Wear your water inside!
"This jacket has a beautiful cat and fits really well. However, it does not block rain at all. I wear it in the north west and I haven’t been able to block rain with it for example, if I’m out and about and it’s raining I’ll usually have a damp shirt, and then a completely wet stripe along the front and center where the rain leaks through the zipper. I really wish I could take this back to Mammut and show them how low of quality this jacket really is. I very much so regret buying this jacket. The entire jacket, especially on the inside, gets a swampy dampness. When it’s raining the outside layer becomes crinkly and does not shed water. Also there is no cinching mechanism around the waist. This is OK for lightness, but mind you, water can still get in through the waist. I recognize that this product is for light rain, but honestly, it can’t even handle that even though the description clearly claims it does. I don’t love being out in the rain, but sometimes it just hits and this jacket is a mega letdown in those times."

"Uns veste poids plume vraiment coupe vent et à priori imperméable ( même si je n’ai eu à subir que de faibles pluies pour l’instant). Seul petit défaut (mais pour ce poids plume, on ne peut pas tout avoir) : l’absence de fermeture éclair sous les bras pour faciliter l’aération. Pour ceux qui traquent les grammes dans leur sac à dos, veste idéale !"
