Lehké, prodyšné a spolehlivé i za mokra – bundy Mammut LOOPINSULATION jsou vyrobeny ze 100% recyklované izolace z odřezků průmyslové výroby lan a recyklovaného PET. Navrženy tak, aby udržely teplo při měnících se teplotách.
Zbytky lana z polyesteru z průmyslové výroby lan jsou shromažďovány - materiály, které by jinak byly vyhozeny.
Transformace materiálů
Tyto odřezy jsou pak rozplétány na jednotlivé vlákna, která jsou spolu vyčesána a spojena s recyklovaným plastem.
Vytváření izolace
Výsledný výrobek je měkký polyesterový listový polštář a shlukové plnivo, které vytváří izolaci pro naše bundy.
