A beast of a boot
"I wanted something that could do anything outdoors in winter and these fit the bill. Have not hiked with crampons yet, but they have done well with lighter duty adventures so far. Looks like they will work well with any traction device. Fit is good, they do run a hair small so go up 1/2 size. warmth is excellent and they are waterproof. Overall very happy with."

Hi Martin, it would depend on the type of terrain you are covering and what your needs are as a driver. They are a very comfortable, warm and supportive boot.

Diese haben 2 Aufgaben:
1. Die «Verstrebungen» sind sehr praktisch bei der Montage von Schneeschuhen und fixieren die Riemen.
2. Die Fersenkappe bringt mit ihrem festen Material Stabilität für die Ferse. Das ist die Hauptaufgabe. Aber gleichzeitig helfen die «Verstrebungen» beim Ausziehen mit dem anderen Schuh der Schuhe.
