Pretty neat
"It took me some time to get comfortable with how I want to use this thing, but I've figured out enough uses that a few come with me on many climbs. It's well-made for what it does; you just need to figure out whether you're interested in what it does. On lead, I've settled on carrying it with a racking 'biner in the small hole end and looping it over my shoulder like you would a double-length sling. Used in this way, the single strand is much nicer to manage than a double-length sling and it's easily used to extend protection that already has a racking carabiner (like a cam) or sling a horn/tree. One could also always girth hitch the larger loop end to a wire. My other use case that I love this for is as my rappel extension + tether when alpine climbing without my usual adjustable tether. I tie in through my harness with a bowline on the end with the large loop and and install a locking carabiner (Petzl Spirit fits well; Attache does not) in the small end. The loop extends my rappel device and the locker is my tether. One could also girth hitch the sling to the belay loop and attach the rappel device on a clove."
