They offer good breathability on the move, though they don't dump heat quite as exceptionally as Mammut's Runbold IV pants. Unfortunately, I was surprised to notice fabric pilling on the upper thighs after just the very first use. At this premium price point, that kind of immediate wear is a real letdown and definitely not what you expect from a high-end brand."
