Ligeras, transpirables y fiables incluso cuando están mojadas, las chaquetas Mammut LOOPINSULATION están fabricadas con aislamiento 100% reciclado procedente de recortes de producción de cuerdas industriales y PET reciclado. Diseñadas para mantener el calor cerca del cuerpo ante los cambios de temperatura.
Los retales de cuerda a base de poliéster de la producción industrial de cuerdas se recogen, materiales que de otro modo serían desechados.
Transformación de materiales
Estos retales luego se desenredan en hebras individuales que se cepillan juntas y se combinan con plástico reciclado.
Creando aislamiento
El resultado final es un relleno de lámina de poliéster esponjoso y en copos, que crea un aislamiento cálido para nuestras chaquetas.
