Order

To purchase a product, click on “Add to Cart” to place it in your shopping cart. Clicking on "View Cart" to see all products in your shopping cart or click on “Checkout” to go to a page where you can enter your delivery and billing address and select your payment method in order to complete the order.
If you want to save any product to shop later, click on the "heart" icon to add it to your "wish list". To see your "wish list", click on the "shopping cart" icon on the top corner of the page.
At the moment we don't take orders over the phone.

After placing your order, an order confirmation with the order number will appear on your page. You will receive two emails.
- An email with order confirmation will be sent to you within one hour normally, please check your junk or spam folder also. If you don't receive it after more than one hour , please contact our Customer Service team via chat, phone or email.
- An email with the tracking number will be sent after your order is dispatched. Sometimes the automatic email comes late, so please check with our Customer Service team if you have not received it a few days after placing your order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change/add/remove an item or change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed.

- If the order has not yet been processed in logistics, it is possible to cancel the entire order and reorder with the correct items/address. To know more about how your order will be refunded, please see more details in the Refunds section.
- If after receiveing an item you would like to exchange it, please return it and make a new order with your chosen item. Please see more information on returns and refunds here ↗

To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we immediately send it to our logistics service for processing. Therefore, a cancellation is only possible to a limited extent and only if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact our Customer Service ↗ team directly by phone or via our contact form as soon as possible. In case your order can no longer be cancelled, you still have the option to refuse delivery of the parcel or returning the goods free of charge.

If you receive the wrong item or an item that you did not order, you can return the product to us using the return procedure ↗ (please state the reason on the returns form) and simply order the correct product again.

Vouchers

On the check-out page, enter the voucher code in the field indicated in the fourth step (Payment). Click "Apply" to redeem the voucher.
Unfortunately, retrospective application of a voucher or promotion is not possible.

You can buy gift cards at all Mammut stores and can only redeem them at our stores. At the moment we don't offer an eGift Card available to redeem on Mammut website.
