Awesome pants (mostly)

"I've worn these several times for backcountry skiing and crevasse rescue practice. I love the short inseam and adjustable waist. My 2 problems: (1) they're a bit too snug in the thighs for my preference; I'd prefer them to be a little roomier, particularly if I'm using the beacon pocket. (I admittedly have big thighs). I think if I went a size up, they would be perfect. (2) The fly is really short, which makes it hard to use a stand-to-pee device. This is kind of a niche complaint, but it's important if you're in a climbing harness or if it's super cold!"

Runs small bit great pants

"I typically wear a medium and just about every manufacturer normally a size 8, however, when I receive my first pair in that size, the rise is rather short and they really too tightly to fit even a thin pair of a base layer underneath. So exchange for a size 10, and they fit great."
