Very good quality boots
"Straight out of the box and onto the mountain—just add a good pair of socks. On my first 25 km mountain outing, which included traversing large scree slopes and technical terrain, they offered excellent grip with no chafing or blisters. Despite the significant elevation gain, I felt no fatigue in my Achilles tendons. The fit is perfect; I already owned a pair of Ducan II Lows, and now with thicker socks, there’s still plenty of room for my toes. The main difference is that the Ducan II features a steel shank, making it feel more precise on technical terrain, whereas the Ducan III provides better grip on wet or slippery rock."
