Yes, we are even extending our return period for the upcoming weeks. Items purchased during our Black Friday Week Sale period up to the 14 December are eligible to be returned until 31 January 2024. However, they must be in their original condition. This offer is not eligible for price adjustments on purchases made prior to the mentioned start date of this offer. Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. In this case, please return the item/s and make a new order.
