Terms & Conditions of 2026 Golden Giveaway

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 2026 Golden Giveaway ("Raffle") organized by Mammut Sports AG ("Organizer") and Skratch Labs. By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, residents in the United States of America and Canada.

  • Employees of Mammut Sports AG, Skratch Labs and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

The Raffle begins at 12:01am Mountain Time on June 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm Mountain Time on October 11, 2026 ("Raffle Period"). Entries received after the Raffle Period will not be considered.

  • Participants can enter the Raffle by adding their e-mail address at Mammut on the online entry form at Golden Giveaway | Mammut  
    Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prizes and schedule:

June 30, 2026: One code for $100 USD (retail value) of Skratch Labs product. Up to $1000 USD (retail value) of Mammut product. Winner will choose the products based on www.mammut.com  and send requested products, sizes, and color preferences to a Mammut representative. All products are subject to availability.

July 28, 2026: One code for $100 USD (retail value) of Skratch Labs product. Up to $1000 USD (retail value) of Mammut product. Winner will choose the products based on www.mammut.com  and send requested products, sizes, and color preferences to a Mammut representative. All products are subject to availability.

September 1, 2026: One code for $100 USD (retail value) of Skratch Labs product. Up to $1000 USD (retail value) of Mammut product. Winner will choose the products based on www.mammut.com  and send requested products, sizes, and color preferences to a Mammut representative. All products are subject to availability.

September 22, 2026: One code for $100 USD (retail value) of Skratch Labs product. Up to $1000 USD (retail value) of Mammut product. Winner will choose the products based on www.mammut.com  and send requested products, sizes, and color preferences to a Mammut representative. All products are subject to availability.

October 13, 2026: One code for $100 USD (retail value) of Skratch Labs product. Up to $1000 USD (retail value) of Mammut product. Winner will choose the products based on www.mammut.com  and send requested products, sizes, and color preferences to a Mammut representative. All products are subject to availability.

  • The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period via Commentpicker.com tool.

  • The drawings will take place on:

    July 28, 2026

    September 1, 2026

    September 22, 2026

    October 13, 2026

  • The winners will be notified via e-mail within 3 days of the draw. The winners need to answer the same email address confirming that they accept the prize.

  • If the winners do not reach out within 3 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

  • By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Raffle and sending general and advertising tailored to their needs for products, tours, promotions, events and news via email, in accordance with the Privacy Notice ↗.  Consent can be revoked at any time.

  • The Organizer will process participants' personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice ↗ .

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, hardware or software failures, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or other events outside of our reasonable control that may affect the Raffle's operation.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Raffle or acceptance of a prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior. 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Raffle or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control or if required by applicable laws. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lenzburg.
