To purchase a product, click on “Add to Cart” to place it in your shopping basket. Clicking on "View Cart" to see all products in your shopping cart or clicking on “Checkout” to go to a page where you can enter your delivery and billing address and select your payment method in order to complete the order. If you want to save any product to shop later, click on the "heart" icon to add it to "Wish list". To see your wish list, click on the "shopping cart" icon on the top corner of the page. At the moment we don't take orders over the phone.
After placing your order, an order confirmation with the order number will appear on your page. You will receive two emails.
1. Email with order confirmation will be sent to you within one hour normally, please check your Junk box or Spam folder also. If you don't receive it after more than one hour , please contact our Customer Service via chat, phone call or email.
2. Email with the tracking number will be sent after your order is dispatched. Sometimes the automatic email comes late so please check with our Customer Service if you still not receive it a few days later.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change/add/remove an item or change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed.
1. If the order has not yet been processed in logistics, it is still possible to cancel the entire order and then you can reorder with the correct items/ correct address. To know more about how your order will be refunded, please see more details in the section of Payment-Refunds.
2. If after receiveing the item you would like to exchange it, please return it and then make a new order with your chosen item. Please view the returns and refunds information at this link ↗

Therefore a cancellation is only possible to a limited extent and as long as the order hasn`t been processed yet. Please contact our customer service directly by phone or via our contact form. In case your order can no longer be cancelled, you still have the option to refuse delivery of the parcel or returning the goods free of charge.

If you receive the wrong item or an item that you did not order, you can return the product to us using the return procedure ↗ (please state the reason on the returns form) and simply order the correct product again.
On the check-out page, enter the voucher code in the field indicated in the fourth step (Payment). Click "Apply" to redeem the voucher.
Unfortunately, retrospective application of a voucher or promotion is not possible.
You can buy Gift Cards at all Mammut stores and can only redeem them at our stores. At the moment we don't have the eGift Card available to redeem on Mammut website.
