If you wish to register your return, you can use this form. You can return full-priced items within 30 days and discounted items within 14 days of the delivery date. Your refund will not be processed until after the product arrives to the warehouse and is checked according to our Return Policy.

    You can return full-priced items within 30 days and discounted items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned with original labels and packaging. Return shipping is free and refunds are issued to the original payment method once items have been received and processed. Mammut reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. To complete your return, please follow the instructions included in your parcel.

    Refunds are issued once your return has been received and processed. This may take a few business days. Depending on the payment method you have chosen, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to actually be available in your account.

    Unfortunately a direct exchange is not possible. In this case, please return the item/s and place a new order.
