How long can I wear it?

The period panties have gone through extensive testing and can be worn for up to twelve hours. In case you go for a high absorbency on a medium flow day for example, it can often be worn for even longer.

Panty absorbency guide:
-Medium: 20 ml (≈ 2 tampons/pads)
-High: 40 ml (≈ 4 tampons/pads)

For reference, the average total menstrual fluid loss per cycle is around 35 ml.

Medium absorbency panty

Wear, wash, and wear again. And again.

1. Rinse in cold water.
After you’ve worn them, rinse the panties in cold water until the water runs clear and then wash at max 40 °C.
2. Wash at 40° C. Skip the softener.
Use a separate laundry bag to give your panties some extra care. And yes, you can wash your period panties with the rest of your clothes.
3. Hang to dry inside out. Skip the dryer.
Period underwear love fresh air and prefer to be hung up to dry inside out.

"I'm very much disappointed by this product. Was so much looking foreword to it. The bonded top edge of the brief is less elastic than the fabric which makes it difficult to pull it over your hips - also the leg hem opening is very stiff due to same workmanship. Both areas are cutting into the body. Very uncomfortable. Due to it's stiffness it can not adapt to my body changes during my period - being more or less bloated. Also leg opening is to much on my leg and not on the joint point between body and leg. That's disturbing and looks bad. For me neither Size S nor Size M is fitting. But more due to the bonded workmanship than due to the sizing itself. Didn't like the feeling of the fabric on my skin. I found the absorbency area very stiff. If it`s good in absorbance I don't because I didn`t dry."
