All about returning

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Mammut simplifies the return process by including free return shipping.

You can print a free return label from the comfort of your home. We recommend using the"Bring Returns Portal" to expedite the return process.

What steps do you need to follow?

  1. Click on the button "To Bring Returns Portal". You will be redirected to an external Bring page.

  2. Important! Enter the authorisation code: 65701081 on the Bring form and click on "Søk".

  3. Enter your details including your order number, which you can find on your delivery note and generate the return label by clicking on "Generer returetikett".
    On the next page, click on the button "Last ned fraktetikett" to download the return label.

  4. Stick your printed return label on your parcel and bring it to the next post office.

Please note: The return label is only valid for your current Mammut return.

Returns process

Please package the item carefully for return transport, complete the return note and enclose it in the parcel. Then print and stick the return label to the parcel and take it to your nearest parcel point.
We can refund the purchase price only for unworn products in their original packaging.


Shipping costs for returns

We will pay the return shipping costs, provided that you use the return shipment label enclosed with each order.


Refunds

The refund process is described here. The purchase price will be refunded only for unworn goods (other than the usual trying on) in their original packaging.


Return period

You can return goods to us within a period of 30 days.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and then order your chosen item again. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the order after receipt and checking of the goods.


Incorrect item

If you receive the wrong item or an item that you did not order, you can return the product to us using the usual procedure (please state the reason on the returns form). In this case, please simply order your chosen product again.
