Combined with a recycled wind- and water-repellent outer fabric, this cozy layer offers the protection you need and marks an important step towards achieving a more circular economy, and responsible production with the lowest possible impact on the environment.

Process

  • Collecting rope offcuts

    Polyester-based rope offcuts from industrial rope production are gathered – materials that would otherwise be discarded.

  • Transforming materials

    These offcuts are then untangled into single strands which are brushed together and combined with recycled plastic.

    The end result is fluffy polyester sheet padding and cluster fill, which creates warming insulation for our jackets.
