I didn't think they'll survive

"Just soloed the Gran Paradiso North face in these pants. The climb was brutal, ice absolutely out of condition. Was constantly on my knees on hard and sharp icicles, and if the pants would have ripped - I wouldn't be able to blame them. My knees are bloodied, but the pants look like new! On approach at +30C they were a bit hot, but, again, that's expected."

Would this be suitable for skiing? I was looking at the Tatramar SO Pants Men in 30, Short, but they don't have it in stock at the moment.

Wieviel Regen kann die vertragen, wie warm hält sie
Hallo Henrik, die Hose ist wasserabweisend aber nicht dicht wie eine Regenhose. Sie ist windabweisend, daher auch wärmend. Angaben, wie warm sie hält, können wir allerdings nicht machen, da das Kälteempfinden sehr individuell ist und von vielen Faktoren abhängt. - Barbara
