You will receive a tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email when your order is shipped out.

* If you cannot track your parcel with the tracking numbers, please try again after a few hours as the carrier needs time to active it. If you still cannot track the parcel, please contact our Customer Service.

Delivery is free of charge from a purchase value of 50 EUR or more. A delivery charge of 5.95 EUR will be applied to orders below this purchase value.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible - orders placed before 11 am CET (Mon-Fri) are generally dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working day at the latest. Depending on the delivery country the delivery lead time is generally 2-5 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number as soon as we have transferred the order to our logistics partner. Our international logistics partner is DHL and its local partners (see table below).

Mammut online purchases can be shipped to destinations within USA, Switzerland, France, Germany, Norway, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Japan, New Zealand and Australia.

In the EU online shop, deliveries can be made only within the countries listed in table above.

*Please note that deliveries to the Canary Islands are not possible.

The delivery address can be different from the billing address.

At the check-out page, in the second step with "Your Details", please untick the box dedicated "Delivery Address same as Billing Address". After unticking the box, the billing address section will appear.

- Shipping to military address: Please note the visibility of tracking maybe be reduced.
- Shipping to post office boxes: Unfortunately we don't ship to post office boxes.
