Please package the item carefully for return transport, complete the return note and enclose it in the parcel. Then print and stick the return label to the parcel and take it to your nearest parcel point. We can refund the purchase price only for unworn products in their original packaging.

- The items are purchased at the retail store, please return them at the same retail store or contact the store directly for further return information.

We are extending our return period for the upcoming weeks. Items purchased from 20 November up to the 14 December are eligible to be returned until 31 January 2024.

This offer is not eligible for price adjustments on purchases made prior to the mentioned start date of this offer. The prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that the items are returned to MAMMUT undamaged, i.e. in their original condition, without damage and without signs of use, in due time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color/size, unfortunately a direct exchange is not possible. In this case, please return the item/s and make a new order.
