ORDERS
Mammut products...
...can be ordered either directly here in our online shop or from one of our retailers or a Mammut Store. Our Store Locator will help you find your nearest retailer or Mammut Store. To purchase a product online, click on “Add to basket” to place it in your shopping basket. Clicking on “Go to checkout” then takes you to a page where you can enter your delivery and billing address and select your payment method. If you have any questions about the order process, please feel free to give us a call.
Customer account
You can place orders in the online shop without creating a customer account. To do this, do not select the “Create customer account” option in the “New to Mammut” area on the checkout screen. Your order will then be processed as a guest account.
Cancelling an order
To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we immediately send it to our logistics service for processing. Therefore a cancellation is only possible to a limited extent and as long as the order hasn`t been processed yet. Please contact our customer service directly by phone or via our
contact form. In case your order can no longer be cancelled, you still have the option to refuse delivery of the parcel or returning the goods free of charge.
Changes to an order
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add any products to an order once it has been sent. If the order has not yet been processed in logistics, it is still possible to cancel individual products or the entire order.
Cancellation of an item
Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, overlaps may occur between different warehouse movements which could result in incorrect information being displayed in the online shop. If an item is no longer available, it will be cancelled from the order - cancelled items will not be invoiced.

Incorrect item
If you receive the wrong item or an item that you did not order, you can return the product to us using the usual procedure (please state the reason on the returns form) and simply order the correct product again.
PAYMENT
Payment methods
You can pay for your order in the Mammut online shop conveniently by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal.
- Credit cards: To ensure maximum security, your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL protocol before being transmitted. When you place an order, we reserve the purchase amount on your credit card. The sum is not deducted until the goods are dispatched. We use 3-D Secure for credit card payments. 3-D Secure is a process used to ensure additional safety for online credit card transactions. It was developed by VISA and is used for the Verified by Visa service and Mastercard SecureCode. 3-D Secure is intended to reduce the risk of fraud. When 3-D Secure is used for your order, a connection to the card issuer is created and you are then asked to confirm your identity by means of a password or by authentication on a smartphone. If the authentication is successful, the credit card payment will be processed.
- PayPal: If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will then be asked to log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment. The purchase amount is simply reserved when you place the order. The sum will only be debited from your PayPal account when the goods are dispatched.
- Pay by invoice: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment method: Pay by invoice: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods. Payment is to be made to Klarna. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: the Netherlands. The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
Invoice
We will send the invoice with all necessary details by e-mail with the shipping confirmation. If ordered via pay by invoice (only available in the Netherlands) you will also receive the payment order directly from our partner Klarna. There is no postal dispatch of the invoice.
Credits
- Credit cards: Refunds are made after returned goods have been received and checked and are paid to the credit card used to pay for the order. You will receive an email informing you when the credit has been issued. It is possible that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: The refund will be made to the PayPal account used to make the payment after receipt and checking of the returned goods.
- Pay by invoice: If you only want to keep part of your order and return the other items on time, you will of course only pay for what you keep. If you have already transferred the full amount, we will refund the excess amount to the same account via Klarna.
DISPATCH AND TRACKING OF SHIPMENTS
Shipping costs
Delivery is free of charge from a purchase value of 120 EUR or more. A delivery charge of 5.95 EUR will be applied to orders below this purchase value.
Delivery lead time
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible - orders placed before 11 am CET (Mon-Fri) are generally dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working day at the latest, which means the delivery lead time is generally 2-5 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number as soon as we have transferred the order to our logistics partner. Our international logistics partner is DHL and its local partners (see table below).

Delivery country
In the EU online shop, deliveries can be made only within the countries listed in table above.
*Please note that deliveries to the Canary Islands are not possible.
Shipment tracking
Together with the dispatch confirmation, you will receive a tracking number and a link which you can then use to check the status of your parcel.
VOUCHERS
Redeeming a voucher
To redeem a voucher, enter the voucher code in the field indicated in the fourth step of the order process. To confirm your entry, click on “Apply” to the right of the input field. If you typed the code correctly and the voucher is valid, the amount will immediately be deducted from the order value.
Unfortunately, retrospective application of a voucher or promotion is not possible.
